We should hit the portal for 1 WR not multiple. Look how that turned out this year, such a waste of resources.

maybe more if Aaron Anderson leaves early.

I could be wrong but thought I saw that AAnderson participated in senior day activities?

Parker, Nic Anderson(if he stays), Destyn Hill, Francis, I’m sure guys like Phillip Wright will get a shot and then whoever Lane brings in from the portal along with Mack, Barber and Allen.
Hell maybe he can persuade AA to run it back for a chance to improve his draft stock in a hopefully improved offense

TaRon Francis

I had hope that when Frank said he would get more playing time that we would see him, but we did not. Maybe we will get a glimpse in the bowl game.

Every so often, LSU gets a WR that is highly thought of, but gets slightly forgotten in their freshman year and then all of a sudden they burst onto the scene later on. We've seen it with Juice (although his special teams play his freshman year was outstanding), Chase, Nabers, and BTJ recently. I think Francis is cut from that cloth and I really hope he finds a spot in Lane's offense.

Hopefully not Nic Anderson. He was extremely underwhelming
He was, no doubt. I still want him back. I think there’s a very high chance the offensive scheme did him, Hilton, and Barrion Brown wrong.

Their skill set lives in routes greater than 10 yards down the field, and we didn’t call those plays. At least Barrion showed off his blocking prowess.

Kyle Parker is a DOG, and when given opportunities this year, excelled. 90% chance he leads the team in yards and receptions next year.

Parker was a year 3 guy here and graded out 60.2 on the season (lower than a few other guys, much lower than Aaron Anderson), lets not overhype a complementary type of receiver here

How often do you guys think it takes 4 years at LSU to show yourself as an alpha receiver?

It wasnt that long for Chase, Jefferson, Nabers, Thomas, Marshall, etc etc

I'm not saying Parker cant contribute, I'm saying he's not a 1st/2nd round type of talent pretty clearly at this point and suddenly become a 1k yard receiver.

If Aaron Anderson comes back, he will clearly get a lot of looks if healthy but I think he is gone to the league if I had to guess. Kyle Parker seems like he is prone to have a full time role as well as Trey'Dez. For a "Quality over Quantity" approach that Kiffin is preaching. I'd expect to try and land two legit boundary receivers to come in and start day 1.

Excited to see Parker in year #2 and Taron Francis as I believe he will be a key young gun

I think the young ones are good. They just have to learn route trees, block and be technical. They should already know how to catch and run.

I wonder if Kiffin will try to get him to take his name out?

Francis, Parker, and either a transfer or 6'4 Nic Anderson returns.

Yea I honestly think one impact guy at wr and developing the rest of the room is the way to go. Brown, Anderson and hill all got in the way of more snaps for a guy like Kyle Parker.
