You have to be the actual troll. You say the most ridiculous shite. Guy links a news article, and you call him a troll? It’s nonsensical.

“Sexual Battery”

Is that the legal term for grabbing someone’s arse, breasts, or genitalia over clothes?

Not that it’s OK but it’s a lower degree than sexual assault correct?

Basically all athletes need to take a vow of celibacy in the current climate. It will be interesting to see the specifics of this story.

I thought we were celebrating the fact that this problem wasn’t limited to athletics at LSU?

You think frat kids aren’t going to try to fvck someone’s daughter in the arse because they can?

Gonna throw this out there

Sexual assault is going to happen on every campus on earth.

The issue is what LSU did or didn’t do when it happened. These things aren’t going to stop happening. We just have to deal with them appropriately.

Well said.

I hate to say it but some of these student athletes don't come from the best areas or background

Doesn't matter where you come from. You can be a spoiled frat boy from a rich family and be the same piece of a shite as a student athlete that comes from a rough area. Usually some universities protect both.

What?

It isn't isolated to student-athletes but what does this have to do with frat stars? Trying to frick someone's daughter in the arse isn't illegal. Getting physical without consent is. If you are referring to my last paragraph, frat stars are on full scholarship plus stipend, plus preferential treatment left and right.

I'm not saying the story isn't true but back in the early 2000s, while I was in college, girls would have sex and if they didn't like it they wouldn't cry rape. It just seems like we've gone from questioning anything to completely believing the woman, no matter if it doesn't seem right (thanks to title 9. I feel so sorry for the young generation, especially my son.

Welcome to the woke generation where you can't make fun of anyone unless it's a white male. Seriously, I'm a white male and I can't dislike anyone other than a white male because it would make me sexist, racist, etc etc etc. Just look at the commercials.

That’s my point.

Your post was focused exclusively on student athletes.

Umm, because the story is about a sexual battery at the hands of a student-athlete and there have been multiple stories about student-athletes committing sex crimes. It's literally the topic of conversation..What is the disconnect here bro?

We aren't bringing sex offenders from Canada into the conversation as they aren't the relevant to the topic at hand.

I kinda feel like lsu or WBRZ might have purposely wanted this to leak... so that lsu can show the public that they have learned from mistakes and use the handling of this case and whatever punishment comes from it, as an example....
just seems like odd/fishy timing to me; and smells of a PR grab...

I guess I just think the people in actual positions of power that allowed this stuff to happen with impunity are a bigger problem than the athletes whose privilege you seem to be checking.

And it still isn’t limited to athletics, which you admitted, so this reply is pretty senseless. LSU is dealing with a pervasive problem with sexual misconduct.

This story is bigger than just a handful of athletes. That’s the disconnect.
