Seeing all of these former greats on the sidelines really highlights how much we underachieved.

Only comparison that comes to mind is the Mike McCarthy era in Green Bay where they only have one Championship to show for a sustained stretch of loaded rosters.

Is this a subtle bash Les Miles thread?

Not that I don't agree we should have had an extra title

I'll pass... It's too early in the year for a football melt.

Our one year with Ben Simmons. Didnt even go to the NIT. Seems like a bigger waste to me.

It's sad that you got more than your own upvote.

I feel sorry for you if you thought that era was a waste.

I mean we won a national championship during that stretch and competed in the title game for another. 90% of universities would give their left nut for that success.

Have there not been enough threads to bitch in during that decade?

Only one Super Bowl with Drew Brees from 2006-2018.

While I don’t disagree with you, you could literally do this with many teams.

You think we were more talented than Bama during that time frame?

The answer is no.
