Right. A lot of folks don’t realize that the slick field affects defensive backs more than receivers who know where they are heading.

personally, the fear is guard and center being pushed back into the backfield.

Most QBs say that the wind is more impactful than the rain. Either way, I'm not concerned. This team has shown that it can beat anyone in a multitude of ways.

It’s WREAK havoc!!!
Not wreck havoc!
Jiminy Christmas.
Wreck havoc means havoc is wrecked, thus, no havoc.
Wreak havoc means to administer havoc.
Good God, learn English!

Man, y'all stop being a bunch of pussies. Seriously, both teams have to play in the same weather on Saturday. Auburn may not score a point on LSU if it will be raining like some of y'all are afraid of. They dry the balls and have fresh ones rotated in before every play, unless they're really going fast tempo. They wear gloves, They have towels on them to dry their hands and they have special cleats that they wear in wet conditions too. It won't be nearly as big of a deal as some of you are saying. Wet conditions will only help our passing game because our recievers know where theyre going, the defense has to adjust to it, therefore, they will have slower reaction times to our quick passes and timing routes. I see LSU scoring on a couple of big long plays as well.

Rain.

Defenders more likely to fall in rain; the WRs know where they are going. I think wind is more of an issue.

I know Auburn is much better but it rained most of the game at Ole Miss last year and Burrow threw for 292 with 3 TDs and no picks.

Moss and RBs will feast.

The gloves and balls these days ain’t like they used to be. Unless it’s a torrential downpour we’ll be fine.

Wet conditions can favor receivers because they know which way they’re going to cut/break.

We good.

This was a gentle spring shower compared to the downpour we endured in the LSU/Miami game in 1988.
