believe it or not there has to be a coaching staff for the last few games
There are 8 other coaches and multiple analysts. Y'all are acting like if Davis left our line would be even less shitty...not possible.

decent Oline and a competent QB
Little understated here. Multiple future NFL starters on that line and Simpson is a projected top 5 or top 10 pick.

1. This is a crazy notion
2. Him being gone would produce, at worst, the same results as him being there

No one is scared of bama. Everyone literally wants bama. The name will soon lose its luster just like the 80s and early 2000s. Be nothing more than a cold wind who echos of the past.

Mets had the highest payroll in baseball. And missed the playoffs.

Sage Ryan 59.0. I don't know that I can think of another player that was so bad but got so much playing time...at multiple schools.
You forgot the part about 3 of the last 4 coaches winning national championships and that Louisiana, per capita, has put more players in the NFL than any other state.

I did. 30+ years ago as a teenager. I don't remember anything about it.

Yeah. Love how everyone gives Springer and those other cheating bastards a pass. Their 2017 stats should be wiped out

I know. All the other MLB rosters have almost no foreign born players

It’s nowhere close to the 5th biggest market however. That means their ownership is spending money instead of hoarding it. If there were a cap and a floor and market size were equal every team would be in it

Haven't seen such a random MLB melt on this board in a while
Losing last two at home and having a lineup full of dudes absolutely raking, I don't understand how they lost. Gut-wrenching.
Limiting the days off between games has been awesome. Combined with pitch clock and other smart moves to shorten the games, I think MLB is awesome. Regular season is too long. Other than that it's been much better.

All that matters is payroll and market size. Toronto came up just short of pulling off a massive upset
Toronto has the 5th highest payroll in MLB
