I like Chris Childers, but Rick Neuheisel is so fricking uptight that I'm waiting for him to shite out a diamond. Childers makes him uncomfortable all the time. I hate people like Rick that can't banter because it's "crossing a line" to THEM!
On top of that, Rick is a West Coast guy, and those people are weird AF by nature. Mix that with the weirdness (positively) that is Louisiana, and outsiders looking in either (1) embrace and are interested in our culture or (2) judge our culture and bash us for our differences.
These people don't understand how wrapped up the university is in politics, and when people don't understand something, they either embrace the idea and learn about it or judge the shite out of it.
Chris and Rick judge the shite out of it, but I also judge Chris Childers for being a lazy fat arse that complains about it instead of doing something about it.

I’m normally like you, but this is fricking painful to watch. The lack of discipline at the plate is absolutely atrocious. I’d be shocked if LSU pulled this one out, they’re not the better team tonight.

Look, I’m as big of a critic of Jones as anyone. Quite frankly, I don’t really like the kid that much. He has a terrible attitude, he’s lazy at times, and he is undisciplined at the plate at times.
But, the answer is 100% “No.” He’s your 1st basemen and has held that position down this year. The better questions is where should he hit in the lineup. With his power, you don’t drop him below 7. My opinion is 5 or 6, but Milam needs to be 2.

There was once a time when I would mute the TV and listen to the LSU radio network, but that ended with Blair. He is awful, and after all these years, he still hasn’t gotten any better. He’s robotic, and his love for LSU feels scripted.
