PETINO is 70 years old and chose to coach under less scrutiny. Silly comparison

We better not schedule them because he’ll beat us and snap that long in state winning streak.

yet not a word from the media that I have seen, can you post a link?

I was told from someone who speaks to Wade almost daily. You think the NCAA just announces when they have hearings?

No it just proves your theory holds no water.

The smoke of him to mcneese is pretty strong evidence.

Or that McNeese is willing to chance that he will not get a show cause (which he may very well not).

While we are speculating, perhaps he worked out a deal with the NCAA to self imposed a 2-3 year ban from P5 coaching. Saves him the embarrassment of a show cause and the NCAA the expense of a possible civil suit challenging that which could further weaken the nearly toothless organization.

Seth Davis' tears are delicious. How come we never hear him questioning whether his alma mater, Duke, really got Zion Williamson to turn down a bag of money from Kansas to go to Duke out of the goodness of his heart?

How come Dana O'Neil writes as if she's performing fellatio on Rick Pitino (which would be right up Pitino's alley), but eviscerated Will Wade several times?

Wonder if we will schedule McNeese in our non-conference games next year or in the near future. Would be interesting seeing Wade return to the PMAC on the opposing side.

No chance. LSU administration looks foolish now and will look worse when/if nothing happens to Wade. They won’t risk anything that might reflect poorly on them like LSU dropping the game to McNeese on home floor. Direct apples to apples comparison to look like the doofuses they are.

I believe it makes sense that he was fired when he was. If Woody allows LSU to play in tournament with Wade and they make it past opening weekend, it would have been much more difficult to push it past fan base to fire him. 2021-22 team and tournament was sacrificed for clean enough break from Wade.

Seriously, though, you may be right but surely you can understand why I would be skeptical for the time being.

And while I hate that we got rid of Wade I do hope he lands on his feet somewhere, preferably not anywhere that haunts LSU annually.

Smart and tactical move by Wade.... He stays in Louisiana...ressurects his career by winning big there and then can come bk to LSU in a few yrs or take a P5 job of his choice

Maybe McNeese can sneak into the Charleston Classic in November

You know ESPN is salivating at the chance to have both LSU and a Wade-led McNeese in the same tournament in the near future. They could make it happen.

Yeah! I heard Wade on his Blog a couple weeks back. He has a friend who coaches some HS Basketball Academy that has several great prospects. Hmmm?

If Wade goes to Mcneese they’ll be in the tourney before we ever sniff it.

Scott is a fat pussy for sure and even worse he isn’t great at what he is suppose to be which was relationships. He has mark as family and mark as an LSU guy and instead of getting us off he burns our program down to help family and get his own guy in.

Nobody can make sense of the hire and contract. There were much better candidates and the downside of this hire has been realized but we’re stuck with him because of the contract. It’s an epic failure on the ADs part.
