He'll be at McNeese for a couple of years, win the Southland, go to the NCAA Tourney, and get hired by an SEC school and torture us for years. The future is set and there's no point in even discussing it. We killed LSU basketball for no reason whatsoever.

Thanks, LSU Admin. Way to go! At least we have the Sue Gunter - Dale Brown Court at The Pete Maravich Assembly Center.

He coaches at McMeese for a couple of seasons , by that time Woodward cans this clown McMahon and hires Wade back. I know I have a better chance at winning powerball but one can dream

I know there’s no chance of this happening, but it’s fun to think about. It would be pandemonium. Two completely, yet equally intense responses. Wade fans would incredibly fired up. Wade haters would be in full meltdown mode. The media would resume their smear campaign.

But I was told that none of our fans were more committed to coach Wade than they were to our program???

This is an odd response for quite a few reasons.

1. Will Wade had the best start of any LSU coach since the shot clock, but also, probably ever.

2. We named the court after the guy who put the program on crippling sanctions, so why we care about it now ... I can't tell you.

3. For as bad as people keep telling us Wade was, we've seen what his replacement was able to do in year 1, and it was not impressive at all.

4. Bill Self skated, Penny Hardaway was allowed to commit violations and then take a job at Memphis and recruit the guy he created an eligibility problem for, then play him and claim he didn't know there was an issue without penalty. Bruce Pearl lives while Chuck Person went to jail, just kidding, he avoided jail time. Good work, Chuck!

Please go easy on us General! Us McMen are very fragile.

I do not like the fact that Wade was fired but I get it. I do feel like the McMen have been very strong in their beliefs that the man needs more time.

It’s the Wade lovers that have been emotional trainwrecks this entire season.

Goddamn.. never thought McNeese would end up having one of the best college bball coaches of all time. Wade will end up winning multiple natties there unless he gets picked off by a blue blood before

Excited to drive out to Lake Charles to watch some of their games next year.

Wonder if we will schedule McNeese in our non-conference games next year or in the near future. Would be interesting seeing Wade return to the PMAC on the opposing side.

Not surprised he's choosing to stay in Louisiana. He loves it here.

I doubt it. We've only played them once the last 7 years and I'd be surprised if Wade getting hired there is the catalyst to scheduling them regularly again.

There’s no chance LSU schedules them. They can’t afford to lose to him at the PMAC.

No good would come from that game for LSU. No reason to schedule it.

Great, now all of the Wade cocksuckers on the rant can follow Wade's every cheating move at McNeese with bated breath. Maybe they can even show up in LC, because they never bothered when Wade was at LSU.

If he gets hired somewhere else that would just validate that we fired him for no good reason at all.

LSU is hoping the NCAA goes easy on them in basketball and more importantly football by firing Wade. By doing so, all of the people involved in all the football & basketball allegations are no longer at LSU. It would be a lot more enticing to the NCAA to punish the school if all those people were still here.

Some of you clowns have no concept of reality. You talk all kind of shite, like you would have never fired Will. And guess what? The NCAA would have been all over the entire sports program, especially football, like white on rice, if your scenario had played out. This was a Risk Management move by Woodward.

Was just coming to say watch LSU stop scheduling to play McNeese if this happens.
