Dessert seems to have the same case as Niang, so that may bode well for him.

Niang got drafted dessert didn’t so should be easier.

I didn't think dessert has any NBA draft issues from what I'd seen. He should have been more cut and dry than niang

Correct. The Roster for Saturday should include the following:

Dent
Clark
Bashir
Mo
Ruzic
Ugo
Niang
Bender
(3 Walk Ons)

Sounds like Dessert may be close as well according to Matt Norlander

His is strictly a question about whether the NCAA thinks he made above actual and necessary expenses. No independent SEC issues.

Levy seems to be an age issue. Is he going to get an extra for playing with a national team.

topic is niang, not other posters .try to not to assemble the TDG thread destroyers guild for every thread. readers want to know the news, not what you think about other posters.

sure hope dessert is cleared and announced ASAP

but the NCAA is likely to appeal.

let's follow the chambliss model

get a favorable preferably hometown judge, get a TRO, get a permanent injunction.

He didn't withdraw from the draft before he knew he might have another year of eligibility; that was the caveat, stupid as that was.

Based on what I've seen so far, of those with remaining eligibility questions, I would say Dent and Dessert are the biggest pieces to this team.

Ruled eligible by whom? And if it wasn’t by the SEC, will Sankey still try to keep him out?

I’d probably give the edge to Niang, but all 3 is best case. We need both another big, which Dessert fills and Dent needs some help in the front court, which Skyy Clark is more of SG/Combo guard to my knowledge, but that takes some pressure off of Dent.

All the news reports say cleared by both the SEC and NCAA. It’s no coincidence they Luis is no longer going to be part of the program. Sounds like a deal was struck.
