They could run out in pink tutus and it wouldn’t be as gay as piling into busses, fully padded up, with Dabo squeezed up against the bus windshield to drive around the stadium. Not to mention the tiny cannon on the dolly…

What would be really cool is the TGBFTL do their pregame, Play the Alma Mater and National Anthem, then march down and form a tunnel and have the team run through them while playing The Fight Song while they shoot off the cannons.

Meh.
It's a quirk of Clemson's stadium. So while it may not mean much to us, I get it from there end. Plus, Clemson entrance in running down the hill is one of the more notable ones in college football (though it has always seemed a bit risking to send fired up guys running down a hill)
