You don’t have to be trying to obstruct for it to be called.

I don’t think it should have been called, but with the addition of the green bag and the reason for it…the 1b definitely crossed over in the path and fielded the throw half on the white and half on the green. If it would have been a step closer I could see the argument.

It doesn't seem so to me. The only way to download the LHSAA Network app is via AppleTV, RokuTV, or FireTV. LHSAA has an app for iphone and android, but it doesn't look like it carries the livestream.
