I’m about to head out on a long road trip and wanted to listen to an LSU Sports podcast. I had no idea there were so many! Anybody have an opinion on which ones are best?

I like that one, but he spends 10 minutes saying what could have been said in 30 seconds.

This is funny considering that podcast is just his three hour radio show condensed into 25ish minutes

Hunt and Musso have had some good baseball portal stuff inside lsu baseball is another good one if there is a recent one.

Loved Pod of Geauxld but they are on a (hopefully not permanent) hiatus until football picks back up? I'll listen to Tingle & Co periodically now to pass the time.

The Advocate's LSU Sports Insider is good. All the 104.5 shows have podcast versions (AFR with Moscona, OTB with Hester and Flynn, and Hunt Palmer). Tingle & Co is OK sometimes. AYS is OK if you can tolerate Ruffino's yelling and awkward interactions with his YouTube commenters (I can't). If you also like the Saints, Nick Underhill's Neworleans.football podcast is good, as is The Advocate's Saints Insider.

Yeah, I understand having to make this drag out when you have 3 hours to burn, but when I watch a podcast I'm looking for a more "get to the point" type of program.
Matt really does do a good job though with 3 hrs to burn. That can't be easy.

I don't listen to them much except during baseball season. How many listen to MikdUp with Mickie Matook and Jared Mitchell?

Don't like Moscona because he's "In Love with Himself" but his shorter "Locked On LSU" segments are OK because he gets to the point without all the BS.

Best overall for me is TigerBait on Wednesday night with Mike Scarborough and ancient Buddy Songy. If you can wait for the replay, do that so you can scroll right through those same inane repetitive commercials. (Pride Roofing. Genesis of Lafayette. 3-4 BR eateries. LSU Alumni Hall in Perkins Rowe. (10% off your purchase or mail order if you use Tigerbait at checkout) I like their NO BS podcast though; just up to date LSU Sports information.

Ruffino (AYS): I listened to him for the past academic year. By May of this year I realized that his screaming contains little worth hearing.
