Daughter(no pics,) worked/interned for the Cowboys for years so we would get a suite, tix, and parking for any event that they had at Jerry World, I’m not a fan but they have some of the most obnoxious fans you’ll ever be around, the most passionate of Cowboys fans seem to be the messcans

I used to agree with you but it seems to me that things have gotten so bad that people just take every opportunity to shite on programs, players, the AD and coaches that aren't "their guy".

Much of the fanbase now seems to act like entitled, petulant children.

The same could be said for most SEC fan bases. That’s why it’s the most fun conference to be a part of.

Bama, Auburn, A&M, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, Arkansas and soon to be Texas/OU. All pretty much the same as LSU fans. We all love our teams.

I’m at the final four. Kansas, Duke, and NC have basketball fan bases that LSU will never compete with even if we win several titles.

Honestly, I don’t think we compete with a bunch of Big 10 schools in football - their fans don’t leave at halftime. We have some rabid fans that support LSU when things go well, but we don’t do well when the team is down.

ATm has a more passionate fanbase than LSU. No doubt about it. I never understood the hate on here for the Aggies. They are the right wing conservative university; very much aligned with tigerdroppings.

IDK while I'm still young as I grow older I'm starting to see this fanbase is a shell if what it use to be. Comparing it from when I was a kid to now it's feels totally different. Peak was probably when Saban left maybe slightly after that. It has been heavily downhill since.

I mean this by all our sports. Even baseball seems to be a shell of what it was. I honestly don't get the praise for LSU's fanbase anymore and this is from someone who has traveled to other venues. We have a passionate fanbase but it's definitely not where it once was.
