It seems incredible but after living in oxpatch for 6 years not surprising. We apparently had a serious rape problem in the 80s when I was there. You know how many rapes I ever heard about in 6 years. fricking none not a single one.
We also apparently had a gay hook up site in the library no one knew anything about until it was published in some gay magazine and the daily mistake picked it up.

Intoxicated person in bathroom is a long way from "man beaten unconscious and taken out in a stretcher with serous injuries and so much blood splattered all over that they had to close the bathroom."
Let me know when you get a video of that bloodied unconscious victim being wheeled out in front of thousands of fans. All of whom had camera phones.
Or that police report. Which would have to be filed by federal law since an aggravated assault happened on a public school campus receiving federal funds.

I was getting gas yesterday evening and an OPD officer was filling up his cruiser and I asked him about this. He said he worked at the stadium on Saturday, and no such thing happened. He said there were several fights in the stadium and in the Grove, and plenty of folk passing out drunk, but nobody got assaulted in a bathroom. He said there was a guy that passed out drunk in a bathroom and smacked his head when he fell, but the rumor of any type of assault was 100% false.
So, there you have it.

That makes me feel better. Idk why people need to make up shite, there is literally zero reason to do so. I still hope the guy is okay but damn being drunk and hitting your head is completely different.

A tie game with 6:30 to go isn’t a close game… That’s certainly an interesting take.
The game summary is fairly straight-forward… OM dominated the first half. LSU dominated the second half. OM finished its final 4Q drive, LSU couldn’t finish its final 4Q drive. Home team wins.

Not shocking really. A lot of things are never reported. A friend is the captain of a few large tourist boats at Navy Pier in Chicago. They were told not to dock yet because someone just got shot and was bleeding all over the dock area. Never made the news, can't make tourists scared
