Cooper avoided disaster by probably a foot.
Thompson nearly creates disaster on a wide throw to end the inning.
I want to be happy we stranded the runner but it’s so obvious how flawed this team is.

That was an easy play for a 12 y/o and it is a circus act for Thompson. He has zero confidence throwing to first. I mean he was pretty bad last year but this one he is horrific.

Coach seems to like multiple guys to throw one inning or so back to back games instead of longer outings. With 4 or 5 reliable guys out the pen. It may be a good strategy.
