Roman Harper Ranks LSU's Trey'Dez Green Among Top 10 Players In The SEC

SEC Network analyst Roman Harper revealed his list of the top 10 players in the SEC entering the 2026 season, with LSU tight end Trey’Dez Green making the cut.

Green landed at No. 10 on Harper's list and was the only LSU player included. Ole Miss quarterback Trinidad Chambliss took the top spot, followed by South Carolina edge rusher Dylan Stewart and Texas edge rusher Colin Simmons.

Texas led all SEC teams with three players in Harper's top five, while Ole Miss and Alabama each had two players represented. LSU, South Carolina and Oklahoma each had one.

2. Dylan Stewart, EDGE — South Carolina
3. Colin Simmons, EDGE — Texas
4. Cam Coleman, WR — Texas
5. Arch Manning, QB — Texas

7. Zabien Brown, DB — Alabama
8. Kip Lewis, LB — Oklahoma
9. Bray Hubbard, DB — Alabama
10. Trey’Dez Green, TE — LSU

Green enters the season as one of the biggest weapons in LSU's offense and will have a chance to make an immediate impact in Lane Kiffin's first year in Baton Rouge.
