So you want the College Athletics Agency under the auspices of the EEOC or the DoL? Because that's the logical outcome of this mess. Along with a new Players Union with CBAs.

Tony is an incredible trial attorney. He likes to give off the impression that he is winging it (doesn't know people's names, etc...) but he's setting traps the whole time. Juries eat him up. SEC will have their hands full.

get Congress to actually do something.
That's the only way this all gets resolved in a way that *may* satisfy most people and will actually have teeth.
People need to start focusing their anger on the right entity.

You don't even understand that the NCAA and by proxy the SEC and other conferences invited this ruling in with a big red carpet by waiting and announcing the 5 for 5 ruling when they did.

I believe the SEC knew this would be the case all along.
