It's not like he's doing a full out "Coaches of the SEC" centerfold. VF is apparently interviewing him for an article so they take a photo to accompany said article. I'm not exactly sure I'd call it a photo shoot. You think Saban never did an off season interview w/photo?

Vanity fair came to BR to do the shoot and interview. Probably a couple hours max out his schedule, and LSU gets free publicity.

For the most part, a Lane Kiffin coached Ole Miss was a better coached team than LSU. So, he probably spends enough time coaching - they were fundamentally better than LSU.

So shortsighted. A write-up ( with photos) in Vanity Fair will take inly a few hours of Lane’s time but gives Lane and the LSU football brand valuable publicity and exposure. It helps the LSU football brand.
