100th upvote.

Because Joe Sloan is one of the worst things to happen to LSU football in the history of the program.

In all fairness, Sloan should’ve NEVER been put in that position. He didn’t excel @ La. Tech. Nothing substantial warranted the keys to the offense.
I felt bad for these kids last year.
They got screwed royally by our coaching at every level - including S&C in the off-season.

Hopefully they’ll get a fresh start somewhere else.

Was (Davis) that bad or are these programs reaching and hopin and these players are not very good?

Davis was that bad.
Sloan was that bad.
Kelly was that bad.

All these guys have talent, but they had a clusterfrick of a coaching staff leading to poo-poo execution.

This aged well.
Big-time QB getting knocked out.
Saban MO.

Karma’s a bitch, and I love seeing Cignetti hand it to them.

Shut the hell up and be grateful for him getting the job done hiring a great AD Verge Ausberry who then hired Lane

Well, this is a stupid thing to say here.
Enjoy the roasting!
Really good question.
Easy answer is to point at Davis, but it’s typically not that simple.

How did they create and/or execute installing the O scheme?
How was this carried out through the off-season and training camp?
What skillsets did each OL have and who had input on how that was to come together?

Kelly, Sloan, Davis - even Flint, were significant contributors to the train wreck we saw this year.

This.
Across the board - quantity of restaurants and different types of food, BR is 2nd to NO, IMO.

Just my opinion…

Aside from NO, there’s no greater place for better food. Period.
He is arse to work with - well documented with both players and admin.
Don’t really care, but it’s the Tigers, so I’m watching.

NIL/portal/opt-outs has F’d up bowl game participation.

IMO, the “Ghost” TS arches we had around the font were pretty cool..

Go where the expectations aren’t so high.
There’s a crap ton of stuff he’s gonna have to ‘unlearn’, and may not be capable of it.
Ditto. Been on since ‘07
