The experiment with HVL at PG is similar to the experiment that football tried with Perk in coverage. It takes the strengths they have out of play all together

Mulkey sees herself in HVL and wants to see her become the PG that she was. Kim knows what's best in the long run so I won't panic.

Flaujee is not a point guard in anyway.. she doesn’t posses the basketball iq to run the offense and does not have the dribbling or passing ability to run the point. Kim has been asked this question and the way she cut it off quick and didn’t entertain it proves that she’s not a point guard.

Speaking of...

I like Flaujae being aggressive but lately she has been terrible not passing the ball to open teammates. Idk what is up but she is just not passing the ball at all. Once she gets it she basically always tries to score, doesn't pass it to the post, doesn't kick it out to MK or HVL open on the wing.

I think you move Williams to PG for a bit or just keep hoping HVL figures it out.

No freaking way I would start Rosario. She doesn't deserve to be a starter, she hasn't proven herself to be a 30+ minute starter. She is a stationary tree where players can zip by her and score.

She shouldn’t start but if they can’t develop some type of a bench with that #1 class they are going wrong somewhere, either with development or talent evaluation

Van Lith is the smartest player on our team with the highest basketball IQ. She has been out 4 weeks from injury. Give her little time to learn the position, she will get it and be a valuable player on our team come March. HOF Coach & 4X Nat'l Champ Coach Kim knows what she is doing, certainly much better than any of us armchair coaches. Team hasn't been together that long, they will be experienced and much better come March. Challenge is the bench not helping the starting 5, except for Poa.

Coaching staff have put in a lot of work developing Rosario. Kim called her soft and wants her play like a mack truck, not a hyundai. You can't teach mean streak or aggressive attitude. I don't think it's in her, she is a gentle giant. It happens sometimes, players are great in high school, but may not transition well in college. But sometimes you find a diamond that's unranked and not in the top 100.

Everyone can see that HVL is not a pg... so can the coaches! She is not quick afoot. I believe she can help as an outside scorer, but her shooting is off because she's not playing off the ball. I am of the opinion that coach KM has misused her this season.

Can Flau’jae not handle point? She seems to have the best ball skills

LSU should go back to the previous coach
Yes, I miss Nikki so much. We all do. Most definitely. Bring her back!

Mulkey knows what she's doing and must have a valid reason as to why she's running HVL at the point. I'm sure she's willing to give up a few loses in regular season in order for HVR to be ready for post season.

and at all the Obsessive-Compulsive No Life Outside LSU Sports Dweebs on here that are melting over LSU WBB.

I’m not sure you can judge that yet. Smith played very tentative last season and starting this season she was much more aggressive and assertive on the court.
