Video below.
Jhase Thomas explains how each locker must be perfectly clean when you leave it or there will be punishments. What that means, I don’t know. Safe to assume running, gassers, maybe less PT for habitual issues.

This is a small look into how CLK is keeping culture around here. Hard to do in today’s $$ age, but he seems to have them on board.

We have the right guy at the helm boys.

Discipline on the field starts off the field.

I know its cliche but discipline is something a lot of these young men never had growing up. Instilling that discipline is turning these young boys into responsible men. CLK is legitimately changing their life track

Love this. Reminds me of the general that gave the "make your bed" speech.

Lane is running a business. These are paid employees.

I can imagine he weighed the ROI of a cleaning crew about the same as corporations have done for decades while dissolving the "Steno Crews" in favor of providing their white collar workers with their own PCs equipped with MS Word.

I've noticed changes in CLK over the past 5 years for the good. He is building a culture Kelley only talked about. It is great to see. We will have a better team for because of it and the small things do matter...

He was an admiral, not a general, but your point is well taken. I have made my bed first thing every morning since hearing that speech. Even if I stay in a hotel I make my own bed.

Flashbacks of when I was a kid at the Joe Dean basketball camp. They did dorm inspections and if you had trash in your trash can or anything out of place you got a "tour" which usually meant running suicides or some other fitness punishments.

I love it though. Teach responsibility and accountability even with the little things.

I would think

It’s easier. You’re are now not only working for your own furtherance, but you are paid to do a job. I know when most people don’t get the job done, they get let go, in the real world.

Lane came up and said “Pencil?, you didn’t come to LSU to play no School”!

Jk

There is a value in taking pride in your living space and keeping it tidy and clean.

Glad to here there are expectations every man needs to learn at a young age.
