Last guy on the mound for CC was from Washington the State. CC obviously has plenty wide tentacles. Coastal has some very good players, but the better team won

LSU did it before NIL and before the portal. They've adapted as the landscape (created by others) has adapted and now have done it in multiple eras, with multiple bat and ball types, in multiple parks where the championship is played.

Anyone who thinks digging your heels into one way of doing things is the way it should be and trying to devalue championships won by others is somehow less viable is stupid.

Good place to goop some stuff is inside your headband, but it’s tough to get to it without drawing attention if taking your hat off or putting your hands to your hat is not part of your body touch routine.

Let’s be clear, I WANT to like Coastal Carolina, and would’ve pulled for them had they not been playing LSU.

The comments by the players: I don’t think the comments were intended to be disrespectful. I think they were asked a dumb question and weren’t prepared for it, so they gave a dumb response. It came across as disrespectful, but it was unintentional.

Schnall getting ejected: This had nothing to do with LSU. It was him vs the ump. He was wrong, he mouthed off to the ump AFTER being warned. He deserved to get ejected. But I it had nothing to do with us, so I don’t feel slighted in any way. I do think he’s a roid-raging idiot, though.

All that said, if CC is facing Arky for the championship next year, I’m probably still pull8ng for CC.

And count how many got drafted over the last two years. We're a baseball machine pumping out trophies and MLB prospects. When the intake of quality players from high school isn't enough you gotta get em from somwhere.

LSU won before there was a transfer portal. LSU wins with the transfer portal. And the Tigers boast quite a bit of homegrown, developed talent.

If CC isn't capitalizing on their success the past decade and pulling in players then that's what we call a 'you problem'.

Or most of the kids who meet Schnall come away thinking he's a frickhead.
