Field of Dreams
Maybe if we grow some corn in right field CJJ could get some pitchers to come.

KY hitters are staring Guidry down after drawing 4 pitch walks.

LSU is the most watched team in college baseball.

They know exactly who Gavin Guidry is. Unfortunately, he created no opportunities to stare them down or F bomb them today.

The leash on Guidry was too long. Should have pulled him last inning when we were down 2

I love LSU baseball. It is a beautiful thing when a team comes together. The team seems like a bunch of individuals at this time.

When adversity hits, the team clams up. No one steps up and lights a fire. Individual moments without a coordinated effort.

I have played on some selfish teams with a few look at me guys. Eventually, a coach sorts that out.

Sometimes, it takes, one player getting benched or removed from a team. Sometimes, it takes, a galvanizing moment.

This team may have some star power but it lacks heart. Don’t know if there is some personality division among the players.

Got to find the common heart and soul of the team and let it flourish. Might even eliminate the walk up music.

Anyone wanting to play for the simple joy, teamwork, and comradeship should start.

The magic moment may have to go. Too many players thriving for that award and not enough simply doing their job.

It’s time to have fun, cheer each other on, put aside personal feelings, and push past adversity one play at a time.

I’m smart enough to say starter when I mean starter and pitcher when I mean pitcher

When your only available proven closer starts the game and only gets 4 outs.

No I get that but Braun coming out for Simpson bothers me. But so does Guidry starting the game. Il never understand Guidry starting.

Not really. Jake has done it a few times. If he pushed it successfully, it would have been a hit

No matter how you try to spin it, it was stupid for Brown to be bunting there.

It was the first inning. We were down 3, our best hitter was up who can launch a HR any time he's at the plate, yet you try and bunt him for a hit? Come on man, that's a clown move.

I don't like it...BUT it is kinda funny because it's Guidry. He'd be talking crap and staring down batters if he was K-ing them.

If you like to run your mouth, you gotta deal with the repercussions.

First LSU team I've seen in a long time that just appears to go through the motions. They show little to no fight, they dont appear to take the losses personally. They go out there everyday and beat themselves, and seem to just be cool with it.

They've taken on the same persona as the "thats baseball" bunch here
