The point is we're so damn lame running the ball with the backs, we have to get a wide receiver back there to get any yards. It's becoming predictable, have we ran any pass plays out that set? Not an indictment on Thomas but on our lame arse OC. Oh yea, gfy

1)Whose fault is that ?
Answer is Davis!

2) Who thought it was ok to keep Davis this year after failing since he’s been here?
Answer is Kelly!

That is either a bald faced lie, which I think is most likely, of he failed to turn to his OC and say IMPLEMENT IT.
I always thought this guy was a fraud, but I didn't realize that he will say anything to be self serving and blame others.....for his lacking.

Clearly he was saving those answers for next year. Obviously BK is playing 9 dimensional chess and we are just eating our checkers /s

Saying false words and gaslighting isn't transparent. It's the opposite actually. He's obscuring the real truth with BS politician speak.

This bitch is trying to get fired at this point.Honestly, he absolutely has to be trying to get fired. Never seen anybody make more excuses.Throw more people into the bus or be more unprepared. To be a SEC coach.
I HOPE TO GOD HE LEAVES AFTER THIS YEAR.

To be entirely fair to Kelly is fine, but you are ignoring the fact that the reason they are comfortable with 3 is that they know we still cant rush it and we still cant protect it.

This is the indictment. We know it, our opponents know it, and we have no answer without a mobile QB. Yet our coach and coordinators keep doing more and more of the same shite we can not do.

Ill say it again and again, there is simply ZERO way any of this shite works in practice. ZERO, but we do stupid shite like take the kick, like run the same shite out of the same formations all day.

Hell, even today he mentioned packages for VanBuren in goal line stuff. We all know that means QB runs, and we will not deviate from that. They will get stuffed just as all our gimmick shite gets stuffed.

Do some homework, dumbass. Yes, we have passed out of that set. Also, considering that Parker was running a route (and was open), the 2 Point play was likely an RPO. If so, Nuss made the wrong read giving the ball.

At some point, you are what you are. You can find what will work (jets, using Thomas and Berry, throws in the flats) or you can bang your fricking head against the wall. Tossing a play that works when little else in the run game is is fricking moronic.

what do you mean?

It means there are no answers readily available to the obvious dogshit status of this offensive line. The center is good, everyone else should be on food stamps.

we had answers.

I knew a guy in a Chemistry Final exam who answered every question and still got a zero on the test.

'Final Exam Leaked the night before the final' = being sold for $50 in the stadium housing and he bought one.

but he answered every question.

I'm in the same boat, If he was winning I could get past his irritating personality but with his mediocre teams I would rather just not listen to him.

Hey coach what can we do to beat their drop 8?"

Sorry but the data just doesn't agree with you that we have an OL issue.

I hate to say it because I know it seems like it.

I mean, how long have we had issues vs known OL talent on the team?

________

So what changed?

No one wants to hear this but how the game was called in the second half was how you beat drop 8. We didn't execute 100% but if we would have called the offense and executed the way we did in the second half we would have won the game.

First half was way too much long developing routes and abandonment of the running game. In the second half we at least elected to run the ball and the route concepts were better. Now we cannot allow a 3 man rush to get home the way we did. If we could have actually protected better there were some huge openings for big plays. Which is where a personnel change on the offensive line should help.

Coaching fraud. Used to think he was above average SEC. More like average/above average. Nothing great about this guy. Made a living beating bad teams - period.
Woodward and the BOS were morons giving this jackleg $100 M over 10 years.
Looking at 6-6 (enough not to be a loser) to 8-4, occasional 9 - 3 going forward.
But we got some stability albeit a horrid long term ROI.

If this is true, the man is incompetent. Has no business as LSU head football coach. WOW.

How many position coaches have been hired and then fired since Kelly was hired?

Is Woody still making the hires, instead of the HC?
