Is it slander to call lacy a thug, killer, loser, or idiot?
For what it's worth, my slanderous label was "piece of shite"

I’ll be honest, I have a gut feeling Lacy won’t see a day in jail. If the Brister kid got probation and Ruggs only got 3 years. I can’t see him doing any time, may not have a dollar left though.
Terrible situation caused by extremely immature poor decisions.

What gives you the impression any of the parties were drunk? You know someone in the LSP or just pulling shite out of your arse to save face for Lacy?
Up next:
Lacy was driving and noticed a dog crossing the road. He lightly tapped the brakes to avoid the dog and allow him to cross the street. That caused a whole of drunk drivers in other cars to all crash into each other. Wait for toxicology.

Is it slander to call lacy a thug, killer, loser, or idiot? I suggest for you to take your own advice or administer it to your constituents in this post.
I didn't call him any of that, I did call him a POS. That is opinion based so good luck trying that in court. You said that someone else involved was drunk, you didn't request a toxicology report.

Louisiana State Police allege Lacy was driving a 2023 Dodge Charger south on LA Highway 20 and “recklessly passed multiple vehicles at a high rate of speed by crossing the centerline and entering the northbound lane while in a designated No-Passing Zone.”
quote:
After allegedly causing the crash, investigators allege Lacy sped from the scene and did not report his involvement to police.
All of those seem to fit.

Not defending his actions in anyway, but did he crash/ wreck into anyone? I don't see where he made contact w/ another auto?
How is that hit and run, definitely at fault in some capacity .

Being that a death occurred, all parties involved even the deceased had to subject to blood testing. You know who didn't though? Kyren because he fled the scene. Any sample from Kyren now would be completely useless.

Remember Dante Stallworth from the Saints? Or Dante Stallpepper as Buddy D used to call him.
He ran over a pedestrian while driving drunk. He got a slap on the wrist in criminal court, reached a financial settlement with the family and went back to playing football.

“Draft stock killer” is a massive understatement

It's baffling how there are 22 pages of comments and only about 20% of the comments accurately reflect a true understanding of what you have posted as factual from the LSP. So there's a lot of stupid, or a lot of ADHD, or something
