Didn't see anything... but if this happened Dec 17 and the story is breaking now was it bc they just figured out Lacy was the suspect or was it kept a secret for some other reason?

I'm not reading all the pages, so maybe this has been addressed, but how do they know Lacy was driving? I understand they know it was his car, but it doesn't mean he was driving. He could have been a passenger or let someone use his car.

Just seen the man Lacy killed daughter on WAFB. She said she want quit until justice is served. “ If it was the other way around they would want justice “ I hope she gets it
