Will the committee frick over Ohio State like they did undefeated Florida State a few years ago, despite them deserving a bid into the playoffs?

It has since expanded, obviously, but would a 2 loss Ohio State be let in? Their loss to Texas is growing worse by the day and they still have USC, Oregon, Nebraska and Northwestern on schedule. Michigan may want to ruin their season as well. I see a loss somewhere in there, if not 2.

Committee has plenty enough time to see what OSU looks like without Sayin.

And additionally FSU was kept out of a 4 team playoff not 12

And beat no one worth a shite during the season

Who will the loss to clearly diminished OSU be worse for Lincoln Riley, Matt Rhule, or Kyle Whittingham?

The backup that came in is pretty bad

They’re easily in if they end up with 2 losses.

They already have two road wins against top 10 and top 15 teams. Hell if they win their next game, that will add another ranked road win.

I could be throwing Jeremiah Smith the ball and he'd still have 200+ yards on USC's secondary.

It’s pretty wild how uncertain the QB situation in the B10 is. OSU, Oregon, Michigan, Illinois, UCLA, Iowa ( I think), Washington. All have their Qb1s injured for multiple future games or in question (Michigan and Penn State) halfway thru the season.

Indiana lost but still feels like they control their destiny, the rest of the Big 10 feels like it’ll be a mud fight watching the back half of the season

With Sayin.

If they drop one more and look like shite in the rest of the wind with the backup, it’ll be close if there’s a big deserving group at 10-2

Assuming Jeremiah Smith is still healthy, they are a lock at 10-2. It’s silly to even argue this.

Heck no!! This may cost Smith the Heisman.
No gimme’s left in the schedule- Oregon, Nebraska, and Michigan all have really good defenses against a rookie qb.
NW & USC can put up points that the buckeyes will have to keep pace with.

It may have been nerves when he first got in the game last week and I’m sure he will play better- but man did he look awful. A wide open screen pass 10 for 10 yards he threw it 5 yards in the dirt.
If Saying doesn’t come back I’d be shocked if they don’t have 3 losses.

No, because Jeremiah Smith is their best player. Sayin is mid against good teams; Jeremiah Smith was why Ohio State beat Indiana.

My post wasn’t meant to say they are a lock to go 10-2 at worst, but I see how it could have been interpreted that way.

I was saying if they end up 10-2 and Jeremiah is still healthy, there’s no fricking way they get left out of the playoff.

I’m saying an ugly 10-2 with the backup not playing great is not a lock for the playoffs
