I’m all for bringing in a new staff, but they better have someone in fricking mind. A lot of programs will fire a coach and not have a backup plan in place.
Our football program deserves the best of the best. We need a proven head coach and some proven coordinators.

There's an obvious solution to this. Promote Ensminger to interim. I have to think once O is gone he will likely hang it up. We know he doesnt want the HC job.
