I assume one of them is Gus Johnson.

I don't understand this. He has been completely underwhelming the games I have seen of him where he played real competition.

So...Young finished second despite having fewer points than the other two quarterbacks simply because three people gave him first place votes?

I guess it's possible the 29 is a misprint.

Wonder if he’ll break the all time record for most 1st place votes in the heisman ballot too. He’d need 856 votes.

He got 94.3% of the first place votes in the AP player of the year vote. How many total votes will be cast for the heisman? I imagine there should be some correlation to the AP vote.

Only in a media-controlled, committee-style universe can 29 points beat 43 and/or 33 points.

I don't understand why you guys feel the need to trash Young or other players in order to praise what Burrow has done. Young is a fantastic player. There's no shame in admitting that.

He had a better season than Burrow? Because three voters thought so.

He is likely to break the percent vote record but not the number of votes one. I have heard somewhere that they are now far fewer number of voters compared to the early days.
