Solid solid player. My son faced him the last 3 years and got the better of him but he’s got some good stuff.

This kid looks higher than me.
Also, nice pick up.

These baseball recruiting graphics hit different

Watching his mechanics and delivery, I get a little Javen Coleman vibes.

Wow. This is big. The one weakness with this team is LHP and Jay goes and grabs a top one!
Welcome Cooper.
Damn Jay, you the man!

With so few lefties, he could have immediate impact as is. Plenty of room left on that frame, too.

Truly is incredible how good of a recruiter CJJ is

You own a Lear Jet and a Gulfstream, too, right?! Take that BS to the OT Bro

Agree. This kid looks like he could really fill out.
With all the RHP starter talent, Jay may choose to let a couple of the lefties come in at key spots as relievers for next year. We don't have many, but the lefties we have are talented.

If true, where is your son committing?

Texas got a big one to switch, Bryce Navarre followed him but that was a Nolan Cain deal. Bryce was actually LSUs first 2024 recruits to commit and then followed Cain to A&M when the family moved from Lake Charles after one of the hurricanes. Cain negatively recruits against Baton Rouge pretty hard and pulled Bryce to A&M but he immediately followed him to Texas. Bryce is the real deal and his curve ball is over shadowed by Schmidt’s but he will make some noise in the SEC.
Cooper is a great pick up especially for the LHP need . He’s not as polished as a Kade Anderson so I wouldn’t expect immediate production but definitely has elite potential . I’ve seen him live a good bit.
If we can keep Cooper snd Schmidt for the next 3 years , should make for a very dominant starting duo

Do you know how silly you sound? One of my cousins was 2-0 in high school against Max Scherzer and his older brother went like 3-4 off of Mark Buerhle. They both played juco whereas their opponents went much farther in baseball.
It’s not a brag to say what he said. It’s baseball.
Also, if his son is going play at San Jac, he’s probably pretty good.

Not surprising. He’s a giant cocksucker.

Not sure how much he could negatively recruit against lsu, but agreed about him being a cocksucker
