Testifying Tuesday before the Senate Judiciary Committee, Smith said he stands by his decision to bring charges and would do so again based on the same facts, “regardless of whether that president was a Republican or a Democrat.”

Schmitt brilliant? Don’t fall again for republican theatrics. When someone is arrested, charged, and prosecuted I’ll start complimenting republicans. You know, like the demorats, including Jack smith, did to Trump when there was nothing there.
There is so much evidence of true crimes, treason, and racketeering by demorats it’s infuriating that nothing gets done to hold these monsters accountable.
So I’m not going to get excited about pontificating republican senators and congressional representatives who get their five minutes of air time.

Simple conclusion. They saw President Trump as an outsider and a threat to their onward push towards a Globalist utopia. So the word was out - he has to go. So what followed was a continuous uninterrupted lawfare assault - from Georgia, to New York, to Washington,D.C. They even picked two black female attornies to spearhead their lawfare attack to add a racist sexist connotation to their attempt. Nothing is done by chance by these people.
So when the lawfare didn't "get hem" - they sent assassins to kill him.
To which God said - Nope, not on my watch.
Unfortunately, there was collateral damage - two good men died.
We must remember the wives and children of those two men - still mourn.

Here's the poster that Schmitt put up. It's hard to read. I don't see a reference to a Hawks game specifically (maybe I missed it).
I'm GUESSING the error was a reference to another "Jack" about seating in an arena...probably at the Hawks/Golden State game that occurred on that date.
So...the error (if it occurred) wasn't confusing Hawks with Hawkeyes, it was presuming that the "Jack" was Jack Smith.
Anybody else know more about this?

If this is how I truly felt, it would cause me to rethink where I get my information and how.

actually it was a great misdirection to criminal /jack Smith Special prosecutor to throw him off his game and answer truthfully. Isn't that cross examinations do?

Yes. Thanks. I'm aware. I can't find any reference to "Hawks" in the Schmitt poster I posted.
It's just a coincidence that Smith claims (of course he might be right) his alibi was that he was attending a Hawkeyes game.
I'm just pointing out, based on the evidence I could find, that the error (if it occurred) was in presuming the "Jack" in the text was actually Jack Smith.
In a rational system, there would be some means of compelling Schmitt to explain why he thought "Jack" was likely Jack Smith. Instead, in "gotcha world," Schmitt is never going to explain his (apparent) mistake.
