He hit on some student workers and presumably had sex with some of them. These are college students, legal adults though, not high schoolers. Obviously it is morally/ethically wrong to cheat on your wife and hook up with young staffers but is really that big of a deal? The part about getting recruits laid, every major program has a staff of babes to get the 5*'s on board. Unless it comes out he forced himself on these girls, will this be more than just an embarrassment?

Yes, this is bad.Not the end of the world, but it’s bad, Les even said he was a mentor.

It makes Les look awful and LSU even worse for ‘allowing’ it.

Do you have a sister or daughters? If so, would you be cool with the head coach of a football program making advances on them or cramming them?

Something about a federal law, I don’t know.

Look, in most other scenarios what he did is only morally wrong but at the university level, what he did may very well have broken federal law. There are rules and laws that govern him as a university employee.

Between Miles and the Guice stuff, and Drake Davis and Jim Bernhard, I think LSU is about to be thrown in Pound-You-In-The-arse prison.

Yea bro it’s so cool for a 50+ year old married man in a position of power to try to frick college interns by promising to use his connections to get them ahead in life. Nothing wrong with that!

He is a gigantic piece of shite and someone with the amount of power and publicity he had should’ve behaved in a way that showed an ounce of character. I get that we’re on a forum full of college kids with no life experience, but let’s put it this way: would you want him behaving like that with your girlfriend? If not, stop pretending that he didn’t do anything morally wrong

They’ll all understand in due time. Right now they don’t think it’s a big deal. Give them time to grow, marry, and become parents of little girls who completely steal their hearts and become the reason they want to be a better person and then - and only then - will they realize how big of a deal this is.

frick Les Miles. What a shite bag.

pretty much any first year law school student could take this in turn it into a multimillion dollar law action in the corporate world...

If true, it’s a blatant misuse of power.
And the type of thing our laws were created to help prevent.

Are the advances/cramming unwanted? If not, then no.
