Are you new to college baseball? With most good/great juniors and draft eligible sophomores going to the draft, ‘a young team’ is the classic excuse.

Moscona in a roundabout way basically just confirmed this on his morning show. He was basically going in on the podcast guy for “breaking” something that’s already widely known, but nobody has ran with it in respect for CPM.

I wouldn't mind a McDonnell hire tbh. That list basically reads all the obvious big names. I'd have to think it's bigger than that. O'Sullivan would be a hire you make when all the others say no. I don't like him at all.

I love the list, but I think I want Godwin. He has built a powerhouse at ECU and has experience coaching at LSU. He knows what it takes.

Ben Mcdonald called several former players a few weeks ago, including some of his former LSU teammates, to get their opinion of the state of the program. Consensus was that they want Manieri replaced and they are not happy with the current situation and the state the program is in.

Yeah that’s a who’s who of coaches. Surely Woody can snag one of them. I’d be happy with any of them.. even O’Sullivan (I know I’m in the minority)
I know O’Connor from UVA was a hot name a few years ago. Wonder if he’s still on the short list (if he ever was).

The overwhelming majority of the LSU Adult Fan Base desires Top 10/20 finishes every season, with a few SEC/National Championships thrown in every few years.
Milesainieri became complacent many years ago and has allowed the #1 college baseball program in the country to decline to an embarrassing level.
Most of us find that to be unacceptable.
A few Mediocrity Accepting Mental Moron Cheerleadring Nuts are are still holding out.
The Mainieri Sycophants are just doing what they do in every LSU Sport, but it will soon be over and they'll be

I think he'll be very hard to pull away from his alma mater, especially before he's taken them to Omaha.
