Is LSU pushing the Luis issue to call out the hypocrisy?

Personally, not a fan of a 6th year coming back to college ball. However, Sankey doesn’t get to run LSU through Media hell while Trinidad is sitting there without a word from Sankey.

frick Sankey, and push him to the point of admitting he has been picking and choosing his hills to die on.

If the other universities had any business sense about them, he would’ve been long gone. It’s an awful look for the SEC when your own commissioner doesn’t even read the rules.

I don’t think LSU is doing anything. I think Luis is positing himself to get paid via lawsuit for loss of NIL.

I think Luis gets his NIL period. That’s not an issue. That was discussed up front.

Wasn't there another player undrafted in 2025 and he is on a college team? I read about it a few weeks ago.

For better or worse, the dispute does not center around the number of years of participation/eligibility, but participation in professional competition.

This has to penetrate peoples’ skulls at some point.

Clayton does not represent LSU.

LSU is pushing for prospective athletes to sue them?

That is Sankey’s argument.

All of this lawyers and court battles have basically ruined the football season for me. And it is all over things that have little consequence to the fans (who incidentally, pay all of the bills).

Luis is pushing the Luis issue and Lsu was included in the lawsuit so that if the judge rules in Luis favor then LSU will be "forced" to play him. Everyone is playing chess and Stankey is playing checkers.
