when you barely said a peep when a favored member institution 60 miles from your headquarters rostered and played a former NBA player just months ago.
This is selective enforcement and harassment by the SEC and Sankey.

How could any school voting yes be trusted again by the others? Have the vote. Let's see who the punks are.
The resulting lawsuit would be beyond nasty. It would rip the conference apart when ruthless Louisiana attorneys secure EVERY text, email, memo, etc. from EVERY SEC school as it relates to the reasons stated for kicking LSU out.
Kick LSU out. Go ahead, but LSU won't go down alone. Not for this BS.

I'd expect LSU's attorneys to lean heavily on this fact.
I just don't understand why the SEC is still pushing this. All it is going to do is cause more legal actions. Even if they succeed in kicking LSU out, they aren't going to get out of this situation without a black eye on the conference.

You are so correct and LSU can use that as an example and make the SEC surrender in court, including a lawsuit.
It is so funny how the 15 presidents of schools in the SEC behaved like LSU is only school to recruit these type of players … we have enough evidence to make Sankey step down from a major lawsuit against the SEC. This is personal since he got so emotional now.
Everyone is acting desperate while LSU is remaining calm and planning its next move.

LSU being in the SEC is good for the SEC and for all other members, including Alabama.
Kicking them out over not breaking rules and a half time joke to Holly Rowe would be one of the most short sighted things I've ever see occur in sports.

I don't have the by-laws in hand, but I'm pretty confident there are not differing levels of ineligible or 1 player being 75% ineligible and another being 100% ineligible.
Ineligible is ineligible, there's no difference.
