I think the teams we play need to have good records to make our case for the playoffs. If we go 13-0 it won’t matter but in case it does I want these teams perceived good.
I always say it’s us against the world. I would pull for the nazi all stars against Alabama (well they sort of are the nazi all stars so never mind)

Yes. I am very aware as I am a history nerd...but Missouri was not an official Confederate State. They remained officially a Union state with no official recognition as seceding.

Correct, mainly due to the fact that slavery remained legal in the border states after the Emancipation Proclamation as the Union feared the secession of further states. Cheers!
