In order:
1, Replace bleacher seats with chairbacks that have cupholders.
2, Move bullpens.
3, They will never stop selling outfield wall ads, not when they're making a half-mil or so from them. But they can tell advertisers that they will no longer accept COLOR billboards. That's what makes the wall look so cheap and minor league. They can make all ads be one color (white) with the green wall -- the same thing that most MLB teams do.

This could be done by shifting home plate straight back 15-20 ft. Secondary to that they should demo and reconfigure the stands not under roof to push them closer to the foul lines.
The biggest issue I have with the Box is the extreme amount of foul territory, which of course means the stands are too far from the field of play.
I wouldn't stop there. A complete no-brainer is a 4-5 story hotel/condo with balconies in left field similar to what is at Miss State. The income from tailgating suite rentals on football weekends and hotel income would make it a profitable venture within no time.

If only one thing, give me chairbacks down both foul lines. If that costs more than the budget allows, install flagpes in the outfield with flag or all the SEC schools and arrange them in order of conference standings just like they used to be at the old Box.

The bullpens drive me absolutely nuts. It looks like a high school or little league field having them in foul territory like that. Amazing to me how far LSU has fallen in the facilities category. For a program like LSU, with the history of the baseball program, and an athletic department and donor base with DEEP pockets, there is zero reason we don’t have the nicest park in the SEC.

I’d like to see the suites continued down the lines. Covered area w chairs and no bleachers.
Fill in the outfield w more bleachers or a berm/ party deck.

I won’t lie, I was kind of expecting more with the new box. It’s nice but I have always felt like they built a million dollar house just to furnish it with Wal mart furnishing. I do think it’s time to start planning fan upgrades. Come up with a 10-year plan.
It’s time to upgrade the left field and right field fan areas. Metal bleachers have to go, I don’t care if the left field lunatics want to be in bleachers or not. I’ve always felt like the outside gates in right field were too close to the stands and concessions. I mean, the best stadium in college baseball couldn’t give an extra 5 feet of walking space?
It would be nice to see something more unique in the outfield. Somehow transform the stands into some type of better seating with maybe standing bar areas or something. Get an iconic piece of architecture in the outfield. Maybe make the outfield stands look like the quad buildings?
How about more convenient parking, better crosswalks to the box, etc.

They could fit the bullpens in the same spots that MS State has theirs. Each corner down the left and right field lines. Only thing LSU would have to do is remove that playground area in the right field corner.
