CKM on her radio show this week was trolling about the condition of Bernie Moore and the national champions the program has and that they are relegated to the dump. She said "we need to get them a new track facility somewhere and build a new PMAC right there". She said the space where the PMAC is could be used for so many things and would be huge for recruiting, etc.

True. Bet it's done before a new bridge though.

That's actually a GREAT local bet

On the river. The team can play in the PMAC unil it is complete. As an alternative, you could remodel the interior of Parker-Ag; that would be pretty cool.

As often as this is talked about, this is something that seems rarely brought up. Personally I think they should gut the entire place and build something 99% new where the PMAC currently is, but they could totally just play in the PMAC while a new arena was being built elsewhere

Could they build a new Arena on the Old Front Nine?

They should tear it down and rebuild in the same spot. The team can play at the Centroplex....I mean River Center until it is complete.

Easiest move would be:

1. New Track on Old Front 9. Add as much parking lot space as possible.

2. New PMAC where current Track is.

3. Tear down PMAC to build something else needed for athletics to be centrally located.

Why not just put in exact same place. That location is perfect. Would have to travel or play somewhere else for 1 year but it’s doable.

It is taking nearly a year to replace a tiny bridge in Tigerland, you really think it will only take one season to tear down and build a new arena?

Kansas rebuilt their arena while it was in use. They built the shell around the old building and finished the house interior in the off season .

Would be a huge mistake to have that high of capacity. About 12,000 would be much better.

Agreed

12k max, IMO

Move the track stadium over by the Box and the Tennis complex. Build PMAC at site of current track.

This is what I thought Lso but another option would be to build it where the old box was. It is being used for parking now. After it would be built they could demolish the PMAC and make that area some expensive arse parking spots.

They would probably still call it the PMAC like they did with Alex Box Stadium.

If Shaq wants to donate $25M I’m sure a name change can be arranged.

It is a shame she isn't and isn't 25 years younger. She is a freaking ball of energy and isn't afraid to take on anything or anyone. She would drive all these politics and woke shite out of LSU.

“Global Cooling” will be the new buzzword of the left before a new bridge is built
