Pretty happy to feel like can move forward in a good direction.

And the stories coming out about Kelly is it confirmed what most thought about him.

I'm not really happy, more sad that this season is over (seemingly). Let's see if the team can rally and put together some more wins. I was so hopeful going into the season and we were there in Clemson. That night was amazing.

Things went very, very badly last night and into today....Looked like the team quit on him last night. Not good at all. To watch it all come down so spectacularly is sad to see. I know we will lose good recruits and great players to the portal too. Just sad to see this roster get broken up mid season and have to endure another rebuild process. Hopefully it will go better this time around

If it weren’t Jayden I’d block this era out of memory.

thrilled that our senior leadership and boosters acted FAST after recognizing the slide was going to be severe... this was a bold move and I couldn't be happier our folks got it done.

now let's go get the kind of guy our program needs.

I can't call it "happy" but it is what it is. Time to get shite done, correctly and move in the right direction.

That’s where I am too.
Hoped things would be much better.
But damn, sends a strong message from LSU about standards.
Who the F we gonna hire?

Definitely makes up for last night. I’d rather have lost and Kelly gone.

Had we won based on how that first half went we’d still be in the same boat of knowing all the glaring mistakes aren’t being fixed and we’d be in the top 15 with another 8 win season due up. Rinse and repeat as Kelly would stick around another year.

It sucks that bk couldn’t succeed here - I don’t enjoy seeing a person fired but it was time for a change

It’s some relief after watching the team fold last night.

I’m never happy to see anybody be fired, but I imagine >20 million eases the pain.

I’m not that happy ! Our team is swirling down the commode ; we have a very good chance of losing 2-3 more games ; we have to pay this dip shite 50 million ; no clue who can be hired to turn this around for the second time since 2019! Just firing this turd isn’t making me that happy !

More concerned, the buyout is big $$, hoping the negations were favorable. we need to have home run hire who’s better then what we’ve had, with $$ to fill the roster…

A weight has been lifted. Time to move on and reset for next year.

This. Huge buyout. And, we're looking at a total rebuild in a new nil environment.

Very concerned.

It's always a sad day when it comes to this point. The happy part comes with a good hire. I wasn't happy with taking a coach from ND who feasted off of a weak schedule.

Happy, but concerned we’re dangerously close to churning coaches every 4 years again like the 80s/90s.

Need a good hire to get program stability back.

It may take us a bit to rebuild, but I am glad Kelly will never coach for LSU again. He is one arrogant man.
