More concerned, the buyout is big $$, hoping the negations were favorable. we need to have home run hire who’s better then what we’ve had, with $$ to fill the roster…
The offensive production leaves a lot more to be desired!!
Worst holding call I’ve ever seen!!
“Members only” on the bat, striking out ????????

Only off Thursday unfortunately...
Allowance plus fed mileage, the mileage alone will sustain the vehicle. Invest the $1000.
Electronics, always new, furniture used has some bargains. Beds, new...Cloths new... Estate sales for hunting/fishing equipment.

Every sort of hunting/fishing depending on season/weekend. studying scripture, Target shooting, off roading, customizing cars/trucks.... I'm not the type to sit on a golf course, on a beach or at a bar.
good move on the walk, those are the knock off of the knock off tires, and a roll up cover was on the truck in the pics... what a total joke! also the 2019s don't have adaptive cruise the 2020+ do, so for that feature id look for a 20, the 22s some of the later ones got the new dash setup.
I was fired a few years ago, sat on the bench 9 months before I could find a suitable replacement, if I had 1 year of savings I wouldn't hesitate, two weeks of expenses no way. i had one weeks of expenses left to my name when i started the new gig. (making 40% less), still 4 years later haven't made it back to where i was.
it magnifies whatever you already are.
Absolutely dread going, lunch is the best part of the day. We got bought out and the wheels came off... Actively searching but others left, got sued for non-compete, other suits pending.... It's quite a life...
She married another member of the friend group, and they are very happy.
Pros, none i can think of, unless condos/townhouses for lawn/pool/maint...
Cons: people telling you what you can and cant do with your property.
I paid extra to build in an area lacking a HOA and its been glorious.
we had a very similar turn of events and ended up committing a family member to the state, and releasing guardianship. Extremely difficult decision but when they were classified as mentally ill and dangerous it's all we could do.
It was terrible 5 years ago, now its worse.... Health, wealth, faith, security, unless to the extreme...Even if you're top 20% on all of the above you're still 19% short.... Unfortunately anything realistic/practical has very little effect.
