It was terrible 5 years ago, now its worse.... Health, wealth, faith, security, unless to the extreme...Even if you're top 20% on all of the above you're still 19% short.... Unfortunately anything realistic/practical has very little effect. ...

realistically, CD's/high yields are paying 5%$ so 2.5m in... is 125....
Then 2~ in the s and p.... take 500k and buy into some vacation homes/potential air b and b opportunities... I would never be seen again at the shop that's for sure!!...

Local place sells a 4 for 200 punch card for full syn with a filter, i go through 3~ cards a year... it was 100 for 4 in 2019.......

I tried an ev for a month, i'm back to ICE....I'm a huge technology guru... I simply live too rural, and drive too much. It was fast, and fun to drive but, it was extremely impractical, waiting in lines to charge, time to charge usable mileage... not suited for my needs. ...
