Fair enough man, I’m genuinely just trying to help. All I’m saying is that I’d be shocked if even 90% of informed investors beat the S&P 500 in the past and moving forward.

I’ve ran many times around lake Alice. It’s beautiful. It’s also one small part on a pretty concrete heavy campus.
