How can we keep Baker and Weis Jr??

What do we need to pay to keep these guys here for a decade??
I'm willing to let my taxes increase a penny to have LSU reach the mountain top for multiple years

Baker is gone after this season.
Weiss will just be a matter of whether he has the confidence it takes to lead a P5 program. He's probably here for another year or two. I'm much less worried about that though, given it's the Kiffin offense. Kind of like how you never worried about a Saban defense until Golding got there.
Neither are going to go down to G5 unless it's a G5 with a recent history of winning and financial commitment to winning. You don't have to do that anymore.
I don't even know if they'd take a lower tier P4 that wasn't committed to winning.

I’m going to enjoy this season and be in the moment but IMO Baker gone as soon as Power 5 HC job opens that’s a good fit. I could see him at Florida State one day.

Good people get good opportunities. Have a great organization that keeps promoting good people. Their attitudes and ideas will rub off on others. Hopefully they'll be training potential replacements while the organization as a whole is succeeding. That also makes great people want to join the organization because they know it will likely result in both organizational success and career success.
