They are young guys. We assume they are racing to be a HC … with their situation and contract at LSU they may be ok with taking it slower.. translate -> stay for a few years, see if this turns into a run We dont know

Alabama had a carousel of rolling coordinators for seven years under Saban. And they still won. It happens to every good team. As long as you have a good organization, you can hire good people. Quit worrying about shite you can’t control.

Do we expect that Chris Kiffin will be like DC in waiting or do we think Lane goes external for the hire if Baker ends up taking a promotion somewhere? Not really sure how highly regarded Chris is

I honestly think they stay longer than expected. I think about Venable’s here and what he did at Clemson. Won 2 championships and was there for 10yeara. Weis Jr? Look. It’s Kiffins scheme. LSU will be fine with offense as long as Kiffin is the coach
