This crazy uniform bullshite can all be blamed on Nike and their interfence with true college traditions. Ok, we have to play the game but we have two great traditions with uniforms. Let's start next season with a huge win against a great team who also has a "Heisman hopeful" and end this talk of playing a creampuff team in the opener and beating Clemson on our way to another Championship!

We never wore the purple jerseys until we were forced to
I don’t like them for that reason alone
We only have one real and iconic uniform

Everything else is an alternate
And the GPG is not the best alternate

I like all of LSU's uniform combos, but they went overboard on the alternates this season. Gold/white/gold should've been worn against A&M and in the bowl game.

Find out where MN Vikings get their purple helmets and get some. Purple helmets look better with the all white uniforms. Baseball could use some purple batting helmets, as well.

Problem with LSUs uniforms is the stripe placement. I know it’s “tradition”. If they changed the jersey to swap the placement of the tv numbers and had stripes where the current numbers are, it would match the pants stripe. Think of the Florida uniforms.
