You nailed it with Captain Beyond. Saw them with Ursa Major and Alice Cooper at the Nashville Speedway back in 1970 something. Went out and bought that album with the cool 3-D cover. Great debut album and they were great live.

Funny how most people on this board don’t feel this way. Wonder why?

“Been Down So Long”, is a killer. Especially on the “Live in Detroit” album.
The original by Richard Harris is one if the worst songs I have ever heard in my life.
The white helmets and white pants are god awful. That combo looks ignorant.
What is the obsession with this crappy song? I don’t get it. Weird.
One of the cheerleaders would be better than what we had this year.
Here’s a quarter, call someone who gives a rats arse.
Mitchell is so big it takes him 2 days to visit.
The numbers are ok. At least there is the POSSIBILITY of the QB running. Good enough for me. Geaux Tigers!!

Snot nice to bad mouth Booger.
Tend to agree with you. I used to love tough opening games, but we used to be better prepared than we have been lately. It has been taking us awhile to get going these last 4 years. Maybe schedule a tougher game on week 2 and get the opening game yips over against a weaker opponent.

Lord, that water looks like they pumped it in from West Monroe.
I think it’s “knight”, instead of “knife”. Sung by Johnny Western. Think that is his real name?
I’m 72 years old and I got to witness the 2019 team which was the greatest college football team I have ever seen. I don’t think that kind of season will happen again in my lifetime, but I expect better than what I saw this past Saturday.
