Has Verge figured out yet that week 1 games need to be easy OOC games?

No issue at all scheduling tough OOC games week 2 like in 19 against Texas.
Every single year we have crap like Haulcy or Maason Smith happen. Yet we continue to do this to ourselves

Lol, we still calling people DEI hires? That was so 2024. These matchups are made 7,8 years in advance. Y’all need to stop being lilbitches and ride! Be the best, play the best, beat the best. The people that it matters the most to, wouldn’t have it any other way.

Verge is also apparently on retainer with Cincy for scheduling … the Bearcats gave up a home game to play Nebraska in Kansas City. Not smart at all.

Are you saying he shouldn’t have been fired for Title IX shite? He knew everything about what happened in that battery situation - they caught his arse with messages, etc.
If it were anyone else, they wouldn’t not have just suspended him with pay a month. His arse would have and should have been fired.

Verge needs to be fired but he knows where a lot of the skeletons are buried so it’s a case of keep your friends close but enemies closer.

Nobody has figured out how to get through HR.

I love the big games to start off the season. Playing in the SEC, a bad team will be exposed at some point no matter who you start with. I prefer to know what we have rather than get a false sense of greatness, remember BYU in 2017?
