FYI. SeatGeek has west club tickets for much cheaper. 2 in 309c in the $1200 range. Multiple others for less than you are asking. May need to lower your asking price.

I’m preparing myself for another BK opener choke and the season being over after week 1. Next year is a total rebuild so if BK is gonna do anything at LSU this is his year. I just don’t expect much from him.

You don’t need new duct work. Get new inside and outside unit. I got a new Trane inside and outside unit about 4 years ago and the cost was 7k.
