Even though Ensminger will improve the passing, you still have reason to be concerned with the hiring of coaches by Orgeron.

Based on what exactly? How long has been on the staff hiding in the shadows as the secret to our QB success?

Orgeron is a million times worse than Miles, or perhaps 12 million times worse

How will he improve the passing? Was Canada that bad?

I have a hard time believing any of this.

Coach E (TE coach)was here during the Miles era and zero development at the QB position, what makes any of us think that will change now with him as the OC?

i love hanny but this is really disappointing. scone is the only person who has seemed to question this admin/coaching staff.

There are simply too many people involved. Regardless of your opinion of O right now, this decision should have been his and his only to make.

Agreed. The time to start questioning hires at LSU began at the tail end of the 2016 season when we hired Orgeron as if there were literally no other viable options but a 50 something year old career position coach whose only stint as a head man was an abysmal failure in the SEC and whose career record was well below .500.

Maybe THEN was the time to, you know...question the hiring process??

Doing it now is like bitching about drowning after you've chained yourself to the fricking ship after you watched some a-hole shoot holes in it.

I like Hanny too but where was Ensminger during the Les Miles years? Maybe Miles ignored him preferring Coach Cam, can someone explain?

he was here when Crowton was here.
so it’s been through Crowton, Stud, Cam, and now Canada.

I “started questiining the process” in 2015 when Miles got fired, rehired, then fired again a couple games into 2016. The hiring of O was an extension of that original clusterf. This is an entirely new cluster, though.

Hmmm....maybe the other coordinators were fantastic. He seems to be a common denominator through some underwhelming offensive performances. Maybe he has been the problem all along.

It really sounds like Hanigriff is for the hire. Ott is 100% is with “You gotta here people that you know” diatribe

Bunch of cowards.

Why are they hitching their wagon to Orgeron? He's not going to be here in 2 years.
