All of which can be a symptom of not trusting your OL. If the QB thinks the interior OL can't hold up he's innately going to rush, even in instances where he really doesn't have to. Football is the ultimate team game. If one area is weak it tends to have a butterfly effect on everything else.

Bordelon was matched up against a freak of nature but some plays he didn’t even get a hand on him. Gotta at least give some kind of resistance

Better replace Bordelon and Baugh or aTm will do the same. They have a good defensive front.

LSU lost this on Leavitt not being able to find and hit wide open receivers, including maybe up to 4 would-be TDs, and Baker playing soft zone coverage in the first half.
Not defending trench play, but with a more accurate QB and more aggressive defensive scheme in the first half, LSU wins that game by double digits.

Oline was OWNED at the point of attack. Echols did whatever he wanted with Bo.

He is a decent not great passer problem was he was looking to run to soon. Needed to throw some down field and move the DB’s and LB’s back some. If we would have played 1st half offensively like 2nd half we would have won.

I did watch the game not just clips on twitter. You don't get OWNED at the point of attack and rush for 176 yards. There were plays where we were owned. There were plays where we owned them. Yall see a few clips on twitter and spin an entire narrative.

You'll hear in the review when talking about the QB that he needs to "slow down". While true, IMO a significant part of the reason he is speeding up is that he doesn't trust his OL, particularly the interior, to hold up.

Ole Miss defense is elite and had an A+ effort Saturday night. Kam Franklin is a monster. So is Echols.
Sam Leavitt is by no means a top-rated QB now, but you must praise his effort. He took a licking (look at that over-the-back somersault!), yet he kept on ticking.

How many of those yards did the QB have. We were owned at the line especially OL.
QB had 63 yards with little help from OL. So we had a little over 100 yards rushing by our backs.
Just look at the time OM QB had to throw compared to SL that tells the story.
