Tom Herman won't be.

So Herman wants UT, Swinneny wants Bama, maybe Jimbo can be our long lost sweetheart.

Speaking of Saban, he won't be coaching forever...and Alabama won't take the cheap route for its coach like we are. I have to imagine that Jimbo would be on their shortlist if he was still at FSU when Saban retires.
Never thought of that. shite.

So what was his justification for allowing all of the media to attack the LSU brand for two weeks if this was known all along? Why not nip this in the bud right away?
Why won't anyone ask this guy this simple question? This is the biggest travesty in the entire situation.
GREAT POST.

Why was Jimbo Fisher' seriously entertain thoughts of coming to LSU and why would Fla St not match or better any LSU offer?
Are we to believe that LSU can come up with 20 to 25 but Florida State can't come up with two or three mil to match an LSU offer?
Jimbo is going to seriously want to leave Florida State where he is winning 93% of his games in the last four years including a national championship to come to LSU and face the SEC to get to a national championship game?
Seems like a lot of wishful thinking to me, but who knows .

Do what exactly? Raise taxes? Well, don't worry, you guys now have a governor that will "fix" that issue.

We owe JA an apology. F F King.

Even if Strong were to save his job next year, everyone knows that Herman will just go into waiting.
UT will fire Strong the absolute first opportunity they get. And that very lack of support from the Texas administration will contribute to Strong leaving sooner than later. (Sound familiar LSU fans?).

This statement from F King Alexander is so-ill-considered that I wonder if he talked to ANYBODY about it.
He makes the football boosters look stupid and shallow, throwing away millions on frivolous things.
He makes everybody at LSU but Miles look stupid and helpless. It makes Miles look like an incompetent who is on life support, employment wise.Good luck recruiting.
He screwed everybody

Is there any question WHY our University is suffering?

A lot of things were broken between LSU and Miles because of how this all went down. Can't imagine there's much trust left.

Who is the reason Les has a 7 year contract and a $15 million buyout in the first place?

You must love getting blown out by Bert annually then.
Posted on 12/3/15 at 2:51 pm to LSUGoose
Wow, so pretty much he is saying that they didn't keep Les because they think he is a great coach and can right the ship. Other coaches will have a field day with this on the recruiting trail.

frick it, let's just blow it all up and start over.
